U Kyaw Shwe, Chairman-1

Chairman-1, U Kyaw Shwe, has graduated as an OTC-6 Apprentice Major in 1978 and has graduated with a Bachelor degree in History at 1979. In addition, he served in the army until he reached the rank of Colonel.

He worked in Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank as a Managing Director for a year and worked in Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation as its Director General for 5 years. He also worked as the Director of Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population for 3 years and also of Ministry of Social Welfare for another 3 years.

He served as the State Governor of Southern Shan State for over 7 years. He also attended International Meetings and Conferences as the Director General and possesses many Governance Experiences.

Currently, he is working in Majestic Bagan Holding Company Limited as Chairman-1.

U Mike Aung Myint Htun

U Mike Aung Myint Htun is Myanmar National, who lived in Hong Kong for more than 11 Years since 1998. He graduated with Bachelor of science (Chemistry) and Master of International Hospitality Management. He had managed in various International Standards 5-Stars Hotels, both in local areas and in foreign countries, for over 20 years. In addition, he was selected by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to attend International Scholarship programme for Tourism & Hospitality Management at Hyderabad, India in 2014.

He founded Majestic Bagan Holding Company Limited and SuperSearch Capital (Hong Kong) Company Limited in September, 2007.

U Aung Myint Htun also served in SIYB Myanmar as the Vice Chairman and set up many business management training courses in Yangon, Mandalay, Sagaing, Magwe, Rakhine and Shan for the development of small and medium businesses. He supports the development of markets for Business Development Services, primarily through the capacity building of intermediary service deliverers but also through interventions to improve the way markets work and MSMEs support in Myanmar.

Due to posessing over 20 years worth of experiences working in hotels located Asia and Europe Continent, he is working on many hotel management projects in Myanmar. He also served as the Principal of Majestic Bagna Hospitality Management & Business Management Training Center and of Mandalay Philanthropic Hotel Training Center until 2016.

He is currently serving as the Vice Chairman as well as the Chief Executive Officer at Majestic Bagan Holding Company Limited and is leading the fuel-trading business.

U Aung Tayza Aye

U Aung Tayza Aye is a member of Majestic Bagan Holding Company Limited’s Board of Directors and is currently serving as the Executive Director of the company while performing the Directorial duties at the company.

He was born in Mawlamyine and graduated from the YANGON TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY with the BE (MECHANICAL) degree. He was responsible for building a Refractory Bricks Factory in Aung Lan. He also has experiences with the construction of the Waste Heat Recovery Power Generating System due to his involvement with the Power Plant (3 MW) Construction Project at Myaing Ka Lay.

In addition, he is participating in the fuel trading business professionally since 2017, importing fuels into Myanmar from various countries.

Mr. Chai Seoung Soo, Advisor/Consultant

Mr. Chai Seoung Soo has over 25 years of experiences of working on Hospital Construction and Operation projects in Seoul City and Suwon City in South Korea. He has expertise in Hospital Consulting and Hospital Design and Construction projects. In addition, he also worked on many Medical System Sales as well as Medical Staff Managing projects.

Mr. Chai Seoung Soo has experiences in working on Hospital Projects, Hotel Construction and Standards Inspection projects and also has expertise in Hotel Chain Market. Mr. Kyu-Yeol Oak has experiences workingon Project Financing for Energy Project Funding, Infrastructure Funding, Hospital and Hotel Project Funding in Korea, Vietnam and Laos. This is why he is working together with Majestic Bagan Holding Company Limited to achieve international funding for the current projects.

Dr Saw Ivan, Advisor/Consultant

Dr. Saw Ivan graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B, B.S) from Institute of Medicine, Yangon as Medical Practitioner (Family Physician) and Master Degree of Business Administration, (M.B.A) from University of Economic, Yangon.

He had experience in selling Medical Equipments, Pharmaceutical Products representing different suppliers from Europe and United States as National Sales Manager from 1992 to 1995. He also worked as Assistant Medical Superintendent and managed Sakura Medical Center, 120-beds private hospital, from 1997 or 2000. Before that, he was the Business Development Manager for Super One Company Ltd, responsible for engaging with Hospital Projects.

In 2001, Dr. Saw Ivan joined World Vision Myanmar as HIV/AIDS Projects Manager for Eastern Shan State, Southern Myanmar and Kayin State and worked together with them for 15 years, before retiring as the Acting National Director and Operations Director of World Vision Myanmar. As part of the organization, he interacted with various Government Ministries and other partner agencies such as UN and INGOs.

He is currently operating in 5 business fields; as Managing Director of Always Premium Co., Ltd, Managing Director of Frontline Waste Myanmar Co. Ltd, Managing Director of Divine Alliance Co. Ltd, CEO of Quantum Solutions and Services Co. Ltd and Business Development Director of Right Person Co. Ltd.

U Swan Htet, Director of Opreations

U Swan Htet is the Majestic Bagan's Director of Operations with experiences in strategic planning and building applications. He received a bachelor degree from the University of Greenwich and created an e-commerce website and a hotel front-office management system during his studies. He also worked at Secure Channel Solution for a year, communicating with a team of professionals from Hong Kong to provide technical supports at banks, such as AYA, Myawaddy and Shwe Bank. Now he is currently working at Majestic Bagan as the Director of Operations.

Mr Soe Myat Thu, Legal Consultant

Mr Soe Myat Thu serves as the Legal Consultant of our company. He is also an Advocate and Arbitrator at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI).

He received the Diploma in Business Law from the University of Mandalay and he granted with a Bachelor degree in Laws from Yadanabon University in 2018. In 2016, he was qualified as the Advocate by the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar.

He founded ‘The Balance’, a Legal Group in Mandalay. In addition, he is a member of the Myanmar Arbitration Center (MAC) and ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (MPA).

U Thet Phyo Paing, Director of Recruiting

U Thet Phyo Paing is the current Director of Recruiting at Majestic Bagan Holding Company Limited as well as the Development Director at Panopticon Group Ww Trade and Investment Company Limited.

He is a Myanmar national coming from Thandwe, Rakhine State. Froom 2003 to 2006, he studied at the Dagon University and received a bachelor degree in Mathematics. In addition, he had also received diplomas in Hospitality Mangement from IQNetwork UK as well as Food and Beverages and Hotel Management from Star Academy.

During his times on Cruise & Maritime Voyage (CMV), he had served at Housekeeping from 2009 to 2011 and at Dining Room Service from 2011 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he had served at Dining Room Service at Edelweiss Gastro Ltd. Mr Thet Phyo Pine is an experienced who had worked all over Europe; in countries such as UK, Norway, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Russia, Denmark and Sweden.
